To use this skin extract the contents of the .ZIP file into your base folder.
This is usally located in:
C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base

This just simply allows you to play as Evil Kyle in MP for all you Sith Wannabes out there!
Its my first skin but I am hoping to make many more getting better as I go along. And as soon as I get Jedi Academy installed I'll be making skins for that too.
